Returning an unwanted item?
If you request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, you will be eligible for a full refund via your original payment method. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.
Please include a note inside the parcel with your return request and invoice number so we can match the return to your order.

Original Condition:
For hygiene and customer safety reasons, items should only be tried on as you would in a shop and must not be worn during use.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned:
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- With all original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition.
Responsibility for Returns:
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your item, as this may be required if you need to contact us regarding your return.
We recommend using Royal Mail for returns and please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
