What type of payment method do you accept?  
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard credit & debit cards, American Express, Maestro. 
Why is my discount code not working?  
When you sign up, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. If you still have any issues, please contact Charlie@leonbootsco.com and we will be happy to assist. Please note discount codes are only valid on full-priced items exclusively. 
Can I cancel or change my order?  
We are committed to getting your order processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Soon after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact Charlie@leonbootsco.com and we will attempt to intercept it. If we are unable to intercept it, you may return unworn products within 14 days from receipt of goods using the return instructions enclosed within your order confirmation email. 
Can I exchange or return my order?  
We do not currently offer exchanges for items you wish to return for a different item or size. If you wish to order a different pair or change the size of your product, we advise that you return the item to us and place an additional order to avoid delay and disappointment. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited to your account. We do not credit for delivery costs incurred during your purchase. 
What do I do if my product is faulty or I have received an incorrect item/size? 
If you believe the product you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item or size, please contact Charlie@leonbootsco.com before returning your item as we are unable to credit postage costs, so please contact us and we will be happy to assist. For further information on returning a faulty product, please refer to our Returns Policy page. 
What's the best way to wash my removable sock?  
All our socks can be removed and washed at home. The socks are both hand washable and machine washable on a cold wash only. 
How do I order replacement socks?  
All our socks can be removed and washed at home however if you require a second pair of socks, they are available to order here. Delivery costs of sock only orders are £2.99. 
How do I know what size is best for me?  
All our boots are true to size excluding our Ultralight ankle boots where we advise to size up one size. For example if you usually wear a size 6 then we would advise buying in a size 6.5. 
How do I care for my boots?  
All our socks can be removed and washed at home to keep them fresh. All our boots are 100% waterproof and split and crack resistant due to the EVA polymer injection moulding process, however it is important your boots are maintained and stored appropriately to prolong their life. To prevent damage, refrain from storing your boots in direct sunlight, near artificial heat, or in freezing temperatures. Preferably while your boots are still wet, wipe off excess mud with a cloth. If the muck on your wellies is dry, we would recommend using a soft brush to brush the excess off. Remove any remaining mud with a cloth and lukewarm water. Let your wellies dry naturally at room temperature. 
How do I share photos of my boots?
